Proverbs 25:2, 5, 6, 15 It is the glory of God to conceal a matter and the glory of kings to search it out. / Remove the wicked from the king’s presence, and his throne will be established in righteousness. / Do not exalt yourself in the presence of the king, and do not stand in the place of great men;
Proverbs 29:4, 12, 14 By justice a king brings stability to the land, but a man who exacts tribute demolishes it. / If a ruler listens to lies, all his officials will be wicked. / A king who judges the poor with fairness—his throne will be established forever.
Jeremiah 21:12 O house of David, this is what the LORD says: ‘Administer justice every morning, and rescue the victim of robbery from the hand of his oppressor, or My wrath will go forth like fire and burn with no one to extinguish it because of their evil deeds.
